Background checks are performed, in accordance with all applicable laws, on all security officers before they are provided to the Client. Keystone Investigation and Security Specialists, LLC is solely responsible for providing training for all security officers. The training must be of a scope, duration, content and quality at least consistent with the industry and regional practices, including but not limited to the following areas:

General rules and procedures

Emergency procedure, including, bomb threat procedures

Security patrol procedures
Safety
Traffic and crowd control
Courtesy and customer assistance
Effective communication skills

Turn on/off down procedures
Lost/missing children
Dress and appearance
Legal powers and limitations, including use of force, banning and arrest procedures, and the role of public law enforcement
Youth gang awareness
Handling sensitive situations
Racial/gender/etc. sensitivity (anti-harassment training)
Report writing
